  •  Stew Meat
  •  Hamburger
  •  Chili
  •  Smoked Wild Hog (Sectioned, Cured & Smoked)
  •  Tenderizing
  •  Beef and Pork (as additives)
  •  Cheese
  •  Jalapenos
  •  Vacuum Packing
At this time we do not make Jerky or Dried Sausage.
 
Important!
Texas law requires the hunting license tag remain with the meat until it reaches its final destination. We must have the tag with the deer. If you have someone else drop off your deer for you, you must send the hunting license tag as well as a completed Wildlife Resource Document transferring possession to that person. If you bring in meat that you have already deboned, we still have to have the hunting license tag for that deer. We cannot and will not accept any game animal without the hunting license tag.
We also prefer to skin your animal for you. It is only a small extra charge and you will be guaranteed cleaner meat. We do however require the animal to be field dressed. If it is not field dressed you must wait while we do it and you must take the entrails with you. If you cannot, there will be an extra fee for us to dispose of them for you.
